Ms. Ashby has devotedly pursued the practice of law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1992 in the areas of Wills/Estates, Elder Law, Mediation, Family Law and Adoptions. Ms. Ashby is the owner of the firm Ashby Law Offices, LLC, founded in 1997. Prior to forming her current firm, Ms. Ashby worked as a consultant for the State of New Jersey Superior Court to implement the new State-reengineered court case management system.
Ms. Ashby has been a Mediator since 2000 and has been invited to speak at many venues.
Ms. Ashby is a member of the Bucks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and sits on the Upper Milford Parks and Recs Commission, Upper Milford Youth Association Board of Directors in Lehigh County, Blue Heron Homeowner’s Association in Lake Harmony, PA, is a founding member of the Lehigh Valley Senior Services Council and is a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council.

Nancy J. Harrold, Esquire
Ms. Harrold has more than 20 years of expertise in divorce, support, and custody. She is the firm's litigation attorney for cases that cannot be resolved through negotiation. In these cases, she is the primary attorney who appears in court on behalf of clients.
Prior to attending law school at Temple University, she was a Domestic Relations Conference Officer for the County of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and later as a Probation Officer for the Delaware County Office of Court Services.
While attending law school, she clerked for the Honorable Lois G. Forer, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, PA, from January 1985 through August 1987. Ms. Harrold also served as a teaching assistant at the Temple University School of Law from 1984 to 1985.

Melissa L. White - Paralegal, Notary Public
Ms. White began working with Wendy Ashby in February of 1999. Ms. White graduated with honors from Temple University, majoring in criminal justice with a minor in business administration. Since beginning her employment with Ashby Law Offices, LLC, Ms. White has completed a Paralegal Certificate through Thomson Education Direct. She has also completed 2 certificate programs for research training through Lexis-Nexis. In addition, Ms. White is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
