Ron R. Miller is an attorney at Ashby Law Offices, LLC. He has a background in business as Ron earned his M.B.A. shortly after completing his law degree. Ron enjoys using his training and experience in these areas to help clients find solutions to problems they may experience across a range of legal matters.

Much of Ron’s work is focused on business law, estates and elder law. This includes, but is not limited to, estate planning, preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, planning for asset preservation, probate, Medicaid regulations, as well as most business matters. Ron understands that working with an attorney on these issues can be intimidating for many clients, and he takes pride in making clients comfortable with the process.

Ron is driven to provide creative solutions for his clients. Whether working with clients regarding their estate and probate needs or business and financial matters, Ron’s philosophy is always to look for the most cost-effective, yet strategic, way to achieve his client’s goals while providing the personal attention they deserve.

Active in the community, Ron is a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace in partnership with DeSales University. Ron coached youth baseball for many years and served as baseball coordinator for the Upper Milford Youth Association. He also volunteered his time for the Wills for Heroes event, providing free Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Directives for Veterans and first responders.
