Effective June 8, 2020, our offices will be open during normal business hours. Be assured that Ashby Law Offices stands ready to continue to serve our clients’ needs. To ensure the safety of our clients and employees, and in line with statewide and local restrictions, Ashby Law Offices will be maintaining the proper safety protocols.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, PLEASE WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES UPON THE ARRIVAL TO OUR BUILDING AND WITHIN OUR OFFICES. PLEASE MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED SIX-FOOT SOCIAL DISTANCING.
We are requesting that clients visit our offices BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We will have limited staff and must be advised in advance of the arrival of our clients. If our clients have the need to drop off any documents to our offices, please call first to make arrangements for the date and time you will be arriving.
We are encouraging that all appointments with this office be arranged by telephone or video conference, if possible.
Clients with drafted documents requiring review or edits can arrange to have us complete these actions via mail, email and/or online services, as necessary.
The local courts have reopened. For those clients who are affected by the suspension of hearings, conferences and in-court proceedings, we will notify you as these events have been rescheduled and provide information as to what the requirements will be, as they seem to be changing daily.
Please be assured we are continuing to monitor and adhere to all nationwide, state, and local recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Pennsylvania and local Departments of Health. We will update our website to report any changes that we will be required to make based upon future mandates issued by the Government. We will continue to address your needs and mitigate any delay or disruption to the greatest extent possible while continuing to be responsive to your legal needs. Attorneys and paralegals can be reached by phone, email and by appointment and will respond to your communications promptly.
Our thoughts are with all who have been affected by this virus, as well as the health care professionals working to care for them. As the laws and regulations affecting this protocol change, we will continue to assess our policies to ensure that we continue to meet the legal needs of our clients while attending to the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please contact us if you would like to discuss any of this in more detail. Thank you.
